Order Status & Tracking

How will I know if my order went through?

You'll get an email and text once your order is in. It'll have all the info you need.

How can I track the status of my order?

Just log into your account and go to My Orders. You'll find all the details there.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If we haven't packed it yet, sure! Hit up our crew at wecare@juggerknot.in.

How can I track my order once it's shipped?

Once we ship it, you'll get a tracking number. You can track it:

  • In your Juggerknot Originals' account
  • In the email we send you
  • On the courier's website using the tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship orders within 24 business hours and deliver within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Note that dispatch and delivery may take longer in some cases.

How soon will the order status be updated to 'Delivered'?

Allow 24 hours after delivery for the status to be updated to 'Delivered' on our website.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery intimation. We'll arrange proof of delivery for you promptly.

What happens if I miss the delivery attempts?

No worries! If you miss the delivery, our courier partner will attempt it up to two more times. Inform our customer care team if you anticipate unavailability to reschedule delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you charge for shipping?

Nope, shipping's on us for prepaid orders! However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there's a fixed charge of INR 100.

Why do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have a fixed charge of INR 100?

We've observed that COD orders can lead to higher Return to Origin (RTO) rates due to various reasons. These include impulsive ordering, uncertainty among first-time customers, and occurrences of fraudulent activities. To cover associated costs and maintain smooth operations, a fixed charge of INR 100 is applied to COD orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We hustle to send it out within 24 hours. Usually, it lands on your doorstep in 5-7 business days. Sometimes, it might take a tad longer, though.

Which courier companies do you use for shipments in India?

We roll with the best! Our trusted partners include Bluedart, OnlineXpress, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTDC.

Do you ship internationally?

 Sorry, not yet. We're keeping it local for now.

What if my package looks fishy?

If it seems off, don't accept it! Give us a shout ASAP at wecare@juggerknot.in. Just remember, we gotta know within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

What's your Exchange Policy?

We offer a 5-day Exchange Policy from the day you receive the product. Check out our Exchange Policy for all the details.

How can I exchange for a different size?

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, with product tags intact, and in its original packaging. You gotta report it within 5 days of delivery.

How do I initiate a Size Exchange?

Shoot us an email at wecare@juggerknot.in within 5 days of delivery. Make sure to provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name & size of the item to be exchanged

What if the requested item is unavailable for exchange?

If the item you want isn't available, we'll hook you up with a refund.

What happens after I raise an exchange request?

Once we approve your exchange request, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Who covers the cost of exchange shipping?

The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

What's the process after you receive my exchanged item(s)?

Our quality control squad will inspect the merchandise upon receipt to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If all's good, we'll process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

You sure can! However, it needs to be done before we pack it in the warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?

When will I get my refund after cancelling a prepaid order?

For prepaid orders, your refund will hit your source account within 5-7 business days.

What if I paid with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If you chose Cash on Delivery, no worries! Since you haven't paid yet, there's no refund needed from our end.

How do I place an order on Juggerknot Originals?

  • Head to your bag page once you've added all your must-haves.
  • Click 'CHECKOUT' and sign in to your account or proceed as a Guest User for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Enter your correct shipping and billing details.
  • Choose your payment method (prepaid or Cash on Delivery).
  • Double-check your order and hit "Place Order."
  • If you're paying online, you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to enter your details.
  • Once your order is placed, you'll get an email and SMS with all the details.

What payment options do you offer?

We've got you covered! Choose from Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery for India. We also accept various mobile wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, Ola Money, Cred UPI, PayZapp, PhonePe, BHIM UPI.

How secure is my payment on Juggerknot Originals?

We only work with reliable and PCI DSS compliant payment partners. Your bank authorizes the credit card transaction directly, without any info passing through us. Your banking details are safe with us!

Is Cash on Delivery available for all purchases?

You bet! Cash on Delivery is available for purchases up to Rs. 5,000. For amounts beyond this, you can pay using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Mobile Wallets.

Can I pay with cash to the courier executive upon delivery?

Absolutely! You can settle the bill with cash when your order is delivered to you.

Why is there a fee for Cash on Delivery orders?

We charge a fixed handling fee of INR 100 for Cash on Delivery orders to cover the costs associated with such orders.
