Exchange Policy

At Juggerknot Originals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our exchange policy guidelines below:-


(1) No Returns, Only Exchanges:

We believe in getting it right the first time! Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at wecare@juggerknot.in.

(2) 5-Day Exchange Window:

We've got your back for five days! Our Exchange Policy kicks in from the day you receive your product.

(3) 365-day Replacement warranty:

Our Juggerknot Originals Collection is covered under a 365-day replacement warranty. This warranty ensures that if your product suffers from wear and tear after regular usage within 365 days, we will replace it with a new one. We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that they will last at least 365 days. If the product loses its original color and form due to wear and tear, we will provide a replacement.

(3.1) Warranty Conditions

To maintain the validity of your warranty and avoid voiding it, please be aware of the following circumstances:

a. The warranty covers a single replacement in case of wear and tear after regular usage.
b. You must follow the care instructions provided on the inside label of every garment to maintain the warranty.
c. Negligence or misuse can void the warranty.
d. Fabric will shrink minimally (5%) on a low heat setting in the dryer. If it shrinks more than that, it falls under what we call the "Anti-Shrinkage Property."

Certain exclusions apply: The warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, bleach, or color bleeding from other garments. Tears, rips, or snags caused by external objects are not considered defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty becomes null and void if the garment is washed with or exposed to bleach. Additionally, silk screening, heat transferring, embroidery, or any alteration after purchase voids the warranty. Exposure to chlorine, heat, gas, or any liquid above 50º C also voids the warranty.

We will conduct forensic tests to ensure the usage guidelines have been followed. If these tests indicate improper care, the claim will be rejected. The warranty applies only with a valid invoice from our website. Due to the risk of imitation and counterfeit products, we do not warrant any products purchased from unauthorized dealers or marketplaces.

(3.2) Eligibility for Replacement

Products in this collection experiencing wear and tear after regular usage are eligible for replacement. Noticeable fading despite following wash care instructions is also covered. This warranty is valid for only one replacement per product.

(4) Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a size exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, with all product tags intact, and in its original packaging. Remember, you need to report any size exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

(5) How to Initiate an Exchange:

Drop us a line at wecare@juggerknot.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the product name & size you wish to exchange.

(6) Out-of-Stock Items:

If the item you desire is unavailable, fret not! We'll offer you a custom code or store credit as an alternative within 3-5 business days.

(7) Shipping Instructions:

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll send you comprehensive instructions on how to pack and ship the item(s) back to us. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

(8) Shipping Costs:

While we've got your exchange covered, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, in cases of defective or incorrect items, we've got you covered!

(9) Quality Control Inspection:

Our dedicated quality control team will meticulously inspect the merchandise upon receipt to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If everything checks out, we'll process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
